Greywall Club is a community of Detached Homes, Duplex Homes and Condominiums/Townhomes. Each of these neighborhoods has their own Homeowners Association. 

 

Representatives from each of these separate Associations combine to form the Community Association to serve the entire development and collaborate to meet the needs of the Greywall Community that involve common or shared spaces.

The Detached Homes, Condominium/Townhomes, and Community Associations are managed by Foster Premier. The Duplex Homes are managed by AMG.  Greywall Club adheres to The 2019 Illinois Condominium Property Act.
