Meeting minutes will be posted to the homeowner portal after they are approved via the Board during an open meeting.

 

Meeting Minute requests can be submitted via www.baypropertyservices.net. Please allow our office 72 hours to provide a response. If the meeting minutes are yet to be approved, then we will not be able to provide them.

Financial details, such as the current Association Balance sheet and income expense report can also be provided to owners via our portal.
